Crooked Fingers (2000) -- Apparently Eric Bachman decided that Neil Diamond wasn't doing his job in making good records anymore, so he took over. He sounds amazingly like him and has somewhat of a similar approach to writing music too: subtle and dramatic at the same time. The highlights of the album are the most Diamond-esque ones ("New Drink for the Old Drunk," "Black Black Ocean," "She Spread Her Legs and Flew Away") and "Broken Man." B
Dignity and Shame (2005) -- Good album of pretty solid songs, the highlights being "Call To Love," "Twilight Creeps," and "Valerie." B
