The Cutting Edge: The Magic of Movie Editing (2004) -- I'm glad someone made a documentary about editors, but this one didn't do the best job of showing how important editors are or the choices they make. The documentary about the making of the original Star Wars was more a love letter to editing than this thing was, and that wasn't even its purpose. Sometimes the documentary is too simplistic and sometimes it doesn't slow down enough to explain things. Other times, however, if certain editors or directors are talking, it does okay for itself. It's more a movie for a person who knows a lot about movies to show to someone who doesn't, so that the former can explain things to the latter.
