That soft-spoken, smart guy with glasses and a bald head who pops up in every movie, especially as a subtle straight man in comedies. He also directs.

Parents (1989) -- As I remember this, it's a kinda weird, kinda gross, mildly interesting movie about the suburban 50s with an evil underbelly (you know, one of those), this time about parents who are cannibals, as told from the kid's point of view. I like what it's trying to do, but something about it wasn't quite good in the end.
