Tapeheads (1988) -- One of those goofy out of control movies that's kinda funny but too sloppy to have any real effect. You basically watch it for the funny moments that do surface from time to time, and for the overall interesting way it's put together. Cult fans need to see this (especially fans of the funny Tim Robbins' movie Bob Roberts). C
