Director of primarily political documentaries.
The Trials of Henry Kissinger (2002) -- Directed with
Eugene Jarecki. Somewhat based on the
Christopher Hitchens book The Trial of Henry Kissinger (and featuring
interviews with Hitchens), this documentary presents the case for Kissinger as a
war criminal (duh). Whether intentionally or not (it doesn't say anything
about it), the movie also demonstrates parallels between Kissinger and Co. and
the personages of the Bush administration. The movie doesn't dumb anything
down and is packed with tons of info within its relatively-short run time.
