Tuesday Afternoon Pre-Recorded -- a play on the title of Saturday Night Live -- is the name that Noby, Rusty, and Kevin came up with for their earliest videos.  The Bar Years refers to the saloon-style bar appearing in almost every short on this compilation (though the true bar years actually extend through to 1991).  This collection features the earliest creative work that the boys ever did together: some shot even before 'nikcuS and the DUSKBUSTERS!  It contains "Cheers," Brother Williams, Mr. Chip, Phil Letterfunker, "The Perilous Quest," and other classics from this early era.
